Mary’s saves lives impacted by violence and trauma so that young people can achieve their greatness. We are life mentors who provide 24/7 support for young people in need of therapeutic mentoring support with mental health, engagement in education, access to careers and gang violence mediation. What sets us apart is the unconditional belonging we offer young people. For our young people, we are family. Outcomes we strive for include helping young people feel a sense of security, find their purpose, set a direction for the future, fulfil their potential and become positive role models for others.
We make it safer
Our help is practical as well as emotional. First we act to make a young person safe, then we provide support for their education, mental health, employment and aspiration.
